Dorit Landau Shapiro

Dorit Landau Shapiro is the co founder of Fashion123, children and you art, design and illustration program. Dorit received her BA in textile design major in knitwear design from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art, Israel. Following her graduation, Dorit moved to New York and established years of experience as a Head Knitwear Desgner and in Design Management. Dorit gained her experience working in numerous fashion brands, working closely with fashion directors on establishing their knitwear collections and establishing working relationships with overseas manufacturers. To name a few, Mademoiselle Knitwear, Cynthia Steffe, Mint by Jodi Arnold, Ann Taylor and Cluny. Dorit joined ScienceAbroad as Chair of the NY Advisory board.
