Nir Gadish, Ph.D.

Nir is a postdoc at the University of Michigan department of mathematics. Previously he was a postdoc at MIT, supported by the NSF-postdoc grant. Nir got his B.Sc. from Hebrew University and Ph.D. from the University of Chicago under the supervision of Benson Farb. He works in the fields of topology and representation theory, studying geometric objects exhibiting an increasing amount of symmetry and invariants of the symmetries themselves.
