Yael Nurick, Ph.D.

Yael is a researcher in the field of mathematics education. Yael holds a B.Sc. at mathematics and economics from the Hebrew University. Yael did her M.Sc. and Ph.D. studies in mathematics education at the Weizmann Institute of Science. She studied the professional development of mathematics teachers, while they reflect on the mathematics teaching practices. Yael is also a mathematics high school teacher and is involved in different activities of mathematics teachers’ professional development. Yael lives with her husband and 2 children in Ludwigsburg, a small and beautiful city in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
