The Koret-Berkeley-Tel Aviv University (KBT) – Student and postdoc bursaries for PMWC Santa Clara – January 2020
The “Precision Medicine World Conference” (PMWC) is the largest annual conference dedicated to precision medicine. The next PMWC will take place on Jan. 21-24, 2020 in Santa Clara, CA. The Koret-Berkeley-Tel Aviv University (KBT) initiative in computational biology and bioinformatics has teamed with PMWC to hold a networking event for fellows and alumni from both universities.
Ten graduate students and/or postdoc fellows who studied or are studying at Berkeley and TAU will receive a conference pass (worth $2000 each) and will participate in a lunch event during the conference. This will be an opportunity to tighten collaborations, to learn about each other’s projects, discuss ideas and plan joint experiments.
PMWC’s mission is to bring together recognized leaders, top global researchers, medical professionals, and innovators. PMWC provides an exceptional forum for the exchange of information about the latest advances in technology (e.g. DNA sequencing technology), in clinical implementation (e.g. cancer and beyond), research, and in all aspects related to the regulation.
To apply for a conference pass and to join the networking event please submit a CV to [email protected] by August 5th with title: KBT – PMWC Santa Clara 2020
