Call for Applications – Lecturer Rank
The Graduate School of Business Administration at Bar-Ilan University is pleased to announce the opening of a search for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Lecturer in the field of Strategy and/or Project Management. The Graduate School offers only graduate-level programs (Master’s and Ph.D.); there are no undergraduate programs.
The selected candidate will be expected to teach in all of our graduate programs – including MBA, Executive MBA (EMBA), and the International MBA (IMBA) which is taught entirely in English. In addition, the candidate will be required to supervise graduate students, publish in high-ranking academic journals, apply for research grants, and contribute to the development of the Graduate School.
The position is expected to begin in October 2026, the start of the 2026–2027 academic year.
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Strategy and/or Project Management.
• Teaching experience and the ability to teach in both Hebrew and English.
• Peer-reviewed publications in high-ranking academic journals.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a postdoctoral fellowship abroad.

• Detailed CV including list of publications, academic background, professional experience, and teaching background.
• Names and contact information for three academic referees.
• Description of research areas and future research plans.
• Statement describing the candidate’s potential contribution to the Graduate School of Business Administration.

בית הספר למנהל עסקים באוניברסיטת בר אילן שמח להודיע על פתיחת הליך לחיפוש מועמדים למשרה אקדמית בדרגת מרצה בתחום של אסטרטגיה ו/או ניהול פרויקטים. בית הספר מקיים לימודים לתואר שני ושלישי בלבד, אין לימודים לתואר ראשון.
המועמד/ת שיתקבלו אמורים ללמד בתוכניות לתואר שני – MBA, EMBA למנהלים ובתכנית בינלאומית בשפה האנגלית IMBA. בנוסף, הם יידרשו להנחות תלמידי מחקר, לפרסם בכתבי עת מדעיים בדירוג גבוה, להגיש בקשות למענקי מחקר ולתרום להתפתחות בית הספר.
תחילת העבודה המיועדת היא אוקטובר 2026, תחילת שנת הלימודים תשפ”ז.
דרישות:
• תואר שלישי (Ph.D) בתחום אסטרטגיה ו/או ניהול פרויקטים.
• ניסיון בהוראה ויכולת ללמד בעברית ובאנגלית.
• פרסומים מחקריים בכתבי-עת מדעיים בדירוג גבוה.
• עדיפות תינתן למועמדים שהשלימו פוסט-דוקטורט בחו”ל.
המועמדים מתבקשים לשלוח את הפרטים הבאים עד אוקטובר 2025:
• קורות חיים מפורטים כולל רשימת פרסומים, רקע אקדמי, רקע מקצועי, ורקע בהוראה.
• שמות וכתובות של שלושה ממליצים מהאקדמיה.
• תיאור של תחומי המחקר שלהם והתוכניות למחקר עתידי.
• תיאור של תרומה פוטנציאלית לבית ספר למנהל עסקים.
