Our breakthrough technology, backed by deep scientific research and a proprietary patent-pending architecture, bridges the gap between cryogenic quantum environments and scalable hardware systems. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an exceptional CTO / CSO to help define the future of quantum computing.

## The Role

As our Chief Technology Officer / Chief Scientific Officer, you will define and execute the company’s scientific and technological vision. You will lead the development of our quantum hardware interface technology, bridging the worlds of quantum physics, cryogenic electronics, and advanced microelectronics.

You will be responsible for:

* Defining and executing the company’s technology strategy and scientific roadmap.
* Leading research, development, system architecture, and technology execution.
* Driving innovation and expanding the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
* Bridging quantum physics with superconducting and cryogenic electronic systems.
* Building and mentoring a world-class R&D team.
* Collaborating with customers, strategic partners, investors, and academic institutions.

## Requirements

### Must Have

* Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.
* Proven hands-on experience with superconducting electronics and cryogenic systems, including dilution refrigerator environments (4 K / mK).
* Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of superconducting digital logic (JJ, SFQ, RSFQ) and/or Cryo-CMOS integrated circuit design.
* Strong system-level thinking and experience leading advanced hardware R&D.

### Nice to Have

* Experience in RF and microwave engineering, including S-parameters, impedance matching, and cryogenic packaging.
* Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as ANSYS HFSS, CST Studio Suite, or equivalent.
* Familiarity with quantum computing hardware architectures.
