We’re looking for a research-driven yet hands-on Data Scientist to join an AI R&D team developing cutting-edge solutions in medical imaging and healthcare analytics.
The role combines algorithmic innovation with engineering implementation, bridging research and real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities

Research and develop novel AI and Deep Learning methods for medical imaging and predictive modeling.

Design and optimize architectures such as CNNs, Vision Transformers, and GANs.

Integrate multimodal, self-supervised, and federated learning approaches.

Develop interpretable and fair AI models, addressing bias and explainability in healthcare.

Collaborate with clinical and engineering teams to bring research into production.

Work with cloud-based environments (Azure, Databricks) and MLOps pipelines to scale models into real use.
Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.

Proven experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, ideally in Computer Vision or medical data.

Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Azure-based data workflows (or equivalent).

Strong grasp of model evaluation metrics for both classification and regression.

Familiarity with medical imaging formats (DICOM/PACS) and regulatory-compliant validation processes.

Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex technical ideas into actionable insights.
Nice to Have

Experience with interpretable AI (XAI) and explainability frameworks.

Background in end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model serving, and monitoring.

Understanding of AI ethics and bias mitigation in healthcare applications.
