Job Description
✔ Actively participate in the scientific, clinical, and commercial evaluation of oncology technologies.
✔ Coordinate cross-functional assessment of oncology technologies through the established work streams and support full due diligence processes.
✔ Coordinate and execute preparation of high-quality materials to support decision making processes though the life cycle of technology evaluation.
✔ Develop and maintain strong understanding of pre-clinical and clinical oncology universe.
✔ Attend industry scientific, partnering and licensing event to represent the company’s goals and values
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in pre-clinical and clinical oncology.
✔ Develop and maintain access to early cutting-edge science in oncology.
✔ Support the strategic development of Menarini-Stemline pipeline
✔ Ensure all activities conform to Menarini-Stemline Oncology standards.
Desired skills and experiences
Background
✔ PhD in life sciences
✔ Post-doctoral experience / international experience is a strong plus
✔ At least 2 years of industry experience, preferably in oncology R&D or BD
Capabilities
✔ Ability to work with top-pharma as well as start-up biotechs across the globe with capacity to be credible and engaging with each audience and key potential stakeholders.
✔ Capacity to comprehend scientific aspects which translate into business opportunities
✔ Business acumen with ability to understand top-line business case KPIs
✔ Ability to expedite projects autonomously
✔ Fluent level of English both oral and written with the capacity to communicate our business opportunities with conviction and self-confidence
✔ Capability to be an excellent team player leading projects from planning, to execution, to completion
✔ Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
