We invite creative and motivated scientists to join our mission and apply for a tenure-track faculty position in the field of Nutrition and Human Health.
Researchers in areas of functional foods, nutrient absorption, metabolic health across diverse populations and healthy aging are welcome to submit their application.
The successful candidate is expected to develop an independent, internationally recognized research program, secure extramural funding, and contribute to the Faculty’s interdisciplinary teaching mission at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates should demonstrate a strong publication record, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaboration within the Faculty and across the Technion campus.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Nutrition, Medical sciences or a closely related field
· Postdoctoral research experience demonstrating scientific excellence, creativity, and independence
· Strong potential for academic leadership and the development of an innovative, externally funded research program
· Commitment to high-quality teaching (in Hebrew) and to mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in biotechnology and biomaterials-related subjects
