ScienceAbroad is an Israel-based nonprofit organization that harnesses the power of senior Israeli scientists living abroad. Through its wide-reaching professional and social network, ScienceAbroad inspires connections with local communities, international scientists and with Israel. The network advances scientific achievements, bolsters the Israeli identity of scientists living overseas, and helps facilitate the return of great minds to Israel.
Since its inception in 2006, ScienceAbroad has grown to over 2,800 members across 300 campuses and has established 25 branches worldwide run by scientists who volunteer their time and expertise.

Looking for a in Israel

The Azrieli Faculty of Medicine of Bar-Ilan University, located in the Galilee (Safed), is currently seeking to recruit a well established academic leader with a strong research, teaching, and administrative record in the Health Sciences. The position is currently held by Professor Mary Rudolf.
If recruited, the candidate is expected to lead and expand the Division of Health Sciences, in addition to conducting his/her own independent research program in one or more of the following areas:
Population Health, Epidemiology, Medical Education and Humanities, for a tenured position at the Associate or Full Professor rank, and to contribute significantly to the Graduate and Medical Teaching programs of the Faculty, conducted mainly in Hebrew
Well established academic leader with a strong research, teaching, and administrative record in the Health Sciences.
