he Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management (GGFBM) at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev invites applicants of all ranks for a full-time, tenure-track position in the Department of Management. We are looking for candidates with outstanding research achievements or potential in either: 1) Entrepreneurship, preferably with a quantitative approach, or 2) Any business administration core research field (Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Accounting, OB/HR) but with a strong research emphasis on state-of-the-art tools of data analytics, such as deep learning, generative AI, predictive AI, or similar. All candidates must have a strong quantitative background. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in one of the aforementioned or related fields. In addition to providing evidence of outstanding research or potential, candidates should demonstrate excellent teaching records.

Job responsibilities include research, teaching, and service to the University and the Department of Management. Teaching at Ben-Gurion University is primarily in Hebrew. However, selected courses may be taught in English, and for promising non-Hebrew speaking candidates, teaching in English for the first two years is conceivable. For the rank of Lecturer:  3-4 References, at least 2 “independent” and at least 2 from institutions abroad.
For the rank of Senior Lecturer:  4-5 References, at least 2 “independent” and at least 2 from institutions abroad.
For the rank of Professor: 5-6 References, at least 4 “independent” and at least 3 from institutions abroad.

Note:
For the rank of Lecturer Senior Lecturer one of the letters should be from the candidate’s supervisor (Ph.D., M.Sc., Post Doc)
