Your Role:
In the role of senior R&D Scientist, you will steer projects with a focus on molecular biology.
You’ll take charge of implementing and refining our platform technologies, utilizing human clinical study samples to push the boundaries of fertility science. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an area of research with the potential to change lives. Joining Everly

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Lead laboratory experiments, including setup, execution, and documentation.
▪ Manage the laboratory operations, including procurement of supplies, lab organization, and maintaining detailed records of experimental procedures.
▪ Write protocols, technical reports, SOPs, ensuring thorough documentation.
▪ Present findings to the project team and directly to the CEO, highlighting key results and insights.
▪ Fulfill additional responsibilities as necessitated by the project’s evolution.

What We’re Looking For:
▪ Master’s or PhD in biology, biomedical engineering, or a closely related field.
▪ At least one year of post-degree experience in the biotech field, showcasing a record of significant contributions and growing responsibilities (advantageous).
▪ Demonstrated ability to design and conduct experiments autonomously.
▪ An unwavering commitment to scientific excellence, an eagerness to learn, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
▪ Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
▪ Proficiency working independently and as part of a team.
▪ Prepared to safely handle hazardous materials and adhere to lab safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (i.e., chemicals, electrical equipment, and human tissue).
