‏The Azrieli Fellows Program seeks a Fellowship Manager to steer our community of fellows. The Azrieli Fellows Program, now entering its 18th year, boasts a rich legacy with 150 active Fellows and a thriving network of 350 Alums. This pivotal role is tailored for someone with a deep understanding of the academic domain and extraordinary organizational abilities.

‏Role Overview

‏The Fellowship Manager is the cornerstone of our quest for academic excellence, nurturing an environment conducive to pioneering research and intellectual dialogue. This position requires a dynamic strategic thinker and effective executor, capable of organizing numerous events and initiatives throughout the year, who can align the program’s objectives with the academic and personal goals of our Fellows.

‏• Program Development and Execution: Craft and implement program content and plan and execute events, including academic forums and seminars.

‏• Academic and Emotional Support: Oversee academic progress, provide personalized guidance, and collaborate with a well-being officer to support the Fellows.

‏• Leadership and Soft Skills Development: Design initiatives to enhance leadership and soft skills, which are crucial for the academic and professional success of our Fellows.

‏• Alumni Network Enhancement: Strategize and implement programs to strengthen alumni relations and support their ongoing career development.

‏Required Qualifications

‏· Academic Excellence: A solid academic background requires at least a Master’s degree with a thesis; a PhD is strongly preferred.

‏· Outstanding Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with native-level English proficiency. Hebrew proficiency is also necessary, including both writing and speaking.

‏· Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask and organize with precision and efficiency, including event management and complex project orchestration.
